Global Brand Reframe™ XR Technology B2B Platform

Making XR tangible

Evo XR was built for the next generation of immersive technology — drones, robotics, camera systems, emergency response, education, healthcare, manufacturing. The challenge was turning that much possibility into a name, a story, and a system people could understand quickly.

Headline Result

A complete launch system for a complex XR platform: name, narrative, identity, landing page, booth film, and premium sales material.

The Challenge

Too much to explain.

Evo XR had a wide technical promise. Real-time immersive experiences, ultra-low-latency interaction, AI-driven processing, adaptable camera systems, Level-4 drones, robotics — reaching into emergency response, education, healthcare, and manufacturing. That range was the problem.

The platform could do many things, but it needed one clear way in. Before a sales conversation, an event demo, or a premium client meeting, people needed to understand what Evo XR was, why it mattered, and where it could be used.

Technical capability is not the same as market clarity. Evo XR didn't need another technical explanation — it needed a brand system that could make advanced immersive technology feel concrete, credible, and ready for real buyers.

The Approach

Name it. Anchor it. Then launch it.

We built Evo XR from the outside in: first the name, then the story, then the full toolkit needed to put the platform in front of real buyers.

01 · Name the idea

We developed Evo XR as a short, memorable name connecting the platform to evolution and extended reality — giving the brand one clear idea to build on, and a name that traveled cleanly into Japanese as エボエックスアール.

02 · Build the source of truth

We created the brand narrative and a Foundational Messaging Brief so the team had one consistent story — across the website, the booth, and every sales conversation. The platform moved from a list of disconnected capabilities to a clear promise: adaptable, scalable, powerful.

03 · Launch the system

We translated the strategy into a full launch toolkit: logo, identity guide, landing page, sizzle reel, use-case document, and event collateral. Evo XR didn't leave with a name alone — it left with a working brand system.

The Identity

A flexible technical mark.

We designed the Evo XR logo to feel sleek and forward-looking without becoming cold or overly sci-fi. Thin-line letterforms and an outline treatment on "XR" carry a technical feel, while the "X" becomes the center of the mark — an interconnected, layered structure suggesting transparency and the multi-layered nature of XR experiences.

The Landing Page

From capability to clarity.

The landing page turned the Evo XR story into a public-facing launch experience — opening with the category promise, then moving through what the platform does, where it can be used, and why it matters: product value, industry limitations, real-world use cases, ultra-low latency, partnership, and contact.

The Launch Film

A booth story in motion.

For the event environment, Evo XR needed more than a static brand presence — it needed motion. We produced a sizzle reel to make the platform feel alive in the room: not explaining every technical feature, but creating energy and signaling credibility before a visitor read a single spec sheet.

The Use-Case System

From platform to proof.

We produced a premium use-case document organized around three scenario groups — adaptable camera systems, for Level-4 drones, and for robots — so Evo XR could show concrete examples instead of asking prospects to imagine every possible application: medical education, patient consultations, real estate, architecture, search and rescue, wildfire investigation, industrial automation, and automotive design.

The Event Toolkit

Ready for the room.

We extended the identity into business cards and apparel so Evo XR could show up as a complete system at events, not a logo dropped onto isolated materials — helping the brand feel more established and easier to recognize across every booth interaction.

The Result

A complete launch system.

Evo XR left the engagement with the core pieces a complex B2B technology platform needs before entering the market: a name people could remember, a story the team could repeat, a visual identity that made the platform feel credible, a landing page that explained the offer, a booth film that created energy, and a use-case document that helped premium clients see exactly where the technology could fit.

Instead of relying on technical explanation alone, Evo XR could now lead with a brand people could recognize.

"The depth of market analysis, methodology sophistication, volume of information, and creative quality were all at a completely different level. The final creative work was something I genuinely loved. I use it privately."
