Morght had a Japanese mattress brand built around sleep, support, and craftsmanship. For the US launch as Nellify, it needed more than a translated site. It needed a full ecommerce presence that could make a boxed mattress feel personal, premium, and safe to buy online.

Headline Result
A US-ready ecommerce presence for Nellify — a clearer story, stronger trust signals, a conversion-focused Shopify experience, and a content foundation for growth.
Buying a mattress online is an act of belief. Shoppers cannot test the comfort, feel the materials, or know whether the product will support the way they sleep. Every page has to reduce doubt.
That was the challenge for Nellify. Morght had a product with a real point of difference, but American shoppers did not know the company, the product, or the story behind it. The US mattress-in-a-box category is crowded, comparison-heavy, and full of aggressive offers. Nellify needed to explain why it mattered without sounding like every other mattress brand.
The work had to do three jobs at once: introduce the brand, make the product feel credible, and guide shoppers toward purchase with enough reassurance to keep them moving.
We began with Remark GPS Lite, focused on the digital foundation Nellify would need to enter the US market. This was not research for research's sake — it gave the site a reason to be built the way it was.

Built around real search demand
The early SEO direction was built around how American shoppers actually search for mattresses — product-led, size-led, and comparison-ready.
The brand narrative and Foundational Messaging Brief gave Nellify a clearer way to speak to American shoppers. The story could not rely only on Japanese quality. That mattered, but it was not enough. The mattress had to connect to how people actually live in bed: sleeping, stretching, working, reading, recovering, playing with children, and starting the day.
That thinking shaped the public message. Nellify became less about a mattress object and more about a mattress that understands movement, comfort, support, and daily life.
From the messaging
"We take your sleep seriously."
"A mattress that knows exactly what you want."
"But your bed isn't just for sleeping."
A softer, more human way to explain a technical product.
The Shopify site was designed to move from emotion to evidence. The homepage opens with a lifestyle moment, then quickly explains the product difference: Japanese quality, variable coil support, pillowtop comfort, guarantees, reviews, and size selection.
The structure matters. A mattress page cannot simply look beautiful. It has to answer the quiet questions in a shopper's head: Why this mattress? Why this price? What happens if I do not like it? Can I trust this company? Nellify's site was built to answer those questions before they became objections.

The product page carried the heavier conversion job. It needed product photography, pricing, size options, feature explanations, trust signals, reviews, FAQs, and a clear path to checkout. It also needed to feel calm. Mattress shopping is already high-consideration. The page could not add friction.
We designed the experience to make the product easier to evaluate, with clear sections for comfort, materials, support, guarantees, and size selection — including a body-pressure comparison that turns coil count from a spec into a reason to believe.
We provided creative direction for Nellify's photo and video shoot so the brand would feel lived-in, not staged. The direction focused on natural rooms, real movement, soft family moments, and the many ways people use a bed beyond sleep: stretching, lounging, playing, resting, and waking up.
That was important for the story. Nellify was not only selling a mattress in a box. It was selling support for the way bodies move through daily life.
The About page gave Nellify room to explain the idea behind the brand. It introduced the meaning of "Nell," connected the brand to sleep in Japanese, and reframed the bed as a place where life happens. The page then moved into the practical reasons to believe: effortless delivery, fair pricing, sustainable practices, and the 365-night risk-free trial.
That balance was the point. The brand needed emotion, but the shopper also needed proof.
We built Nellify as a connected ecommerce system: strategy first, story second, site third, and visuals throughout.
01 · Diagnose the market
Remark GPS Lite mapped the early growth priorities for Nellify's US launch. We identified the need for email acquisition, review generation, SEO content, keyword architecture, PPC readiness, and a clearer ecommerce structure before the site was built.
02 · Build the brand story
We created the brand narrative and Foundational Messaging Brief to give Nellify a consistent voice. The work translated the product's Japanese roots, comfort story, and support technology into a message American shoppers could understand without needing a technical explanation.
03 · Design the commerce experience
We designed and developed the Shopify site around the buying journey: homepage, product page, About page, size selection, trust signals, reviews, FAQs, and checkout path. We also directed the photo and video shoot so the visuals supported the same story the site was telling.
Nellify left the engagement with the foundation a Japanese DTC brand needs before entering a crowded American category: a clearer story, a working ecommerce site, product pages built for decision-making, lifestyle imagery shaped around the brand narrative, and a GPS Lite roadmap for acquisition, trust, SEO, reviews, and paid media.
The work gave Morght more than a US website. It gave Nellify a market-facing presence designed to make the product easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to buy.
