Fascinated by Japanese culture, Ash moved to Japan in the middle of his career to explore his love for all things Japanese.

In order to overcome the cultural gaps each time, enjoy learning new cultures and languages, understanding/compassion/analysis capabilities were naturally becoming her thing and thus supporting her working style.
